I was faced with a choice between tinted shampoo and paint that I once bought a long time ago and painted with it (it was dark brown then). So I took the paint.

When I showed it to my friend for the first time, she began to dissuade me and swear at me so much that I would not wear makeup with her. Pretty good content. There are paints that are more expensive, but they don’t have gloves, but balm.

Let's take a look inside and see if everything is really there.
Here we have a cream dye (red tube), an oxidizer (white tube), instructions for use, a pair of gloves and hair balm.

This permanent cream paint contains wheat proteins.

There are also instructions that you need to read carefully before you start dyeing your hair.
From the instructions, I learned that for those who are dyeing their hair for the first time and completely, long-lasting cream hair dye Fara shade 511 copper-red must be left on for 30 minutes.
And for those who dye only regrown roots - only 20.
I dyed my hair completely.

So, it's time for the most interesting part - how I dyed my hair with long-lasting cream hair dye Fara shade 511 copper-red.

Depending on the light, the shade seemed completely different. But, I assure you, this was BEFORE dyeing my hair.

Let's move on to the painting itself.

First, I squeezed the entire tube of cream paint into the oxidizer.

For coloring, I decided to use my proven attachment, which dyes my hair well. I didn't use a brush.

After thoroughly mixing and shaking the contents in the bottle, I replaced the standard cap with my nozzle.

I dyed my hair starting from the middle of my head. I dyed the bangs second, then the hair at the back.
By the end of coloring, I realized that 50 ml of dye and 50 ml of oxidizer, in total 100 ml of dye, is not enough for my hair length. I already coated the ends of my hair with the dye that was already applied to my hair.
Of course, I didn’t take this into account.
The smell of the paint is pungent. This is understandable, given its cost.
But as soon as the dye is applied to the hair, this smell is no longer felt. And not because you get used to it.

Taking into account the coloring time (I applied makeup for 10 minutes), I spent another 15 minutes with the dye, so in total it turned out that I kept the long-lasting cream hair dye Fara shade 511 copper-red for only 25 minutes, out of the 30 required.
But I was very afraid that my bright, albeit slightly faded red color would turn red.

The paint washes off very easily. Doesn't tangle hair.
When I washed off the dye, not a single hair fell out, and when the long-lasting cream hair dye Fara shade 511 copper-red was still on my hair, it didn’t burn my scalp.

But after I washed off the dye, my hair felt rougher than usual. And this is understandable.

After drying my hair, I expected to see a red tint, but...

And then, looking closer, I saw that nothing had really changed.
I took a photo of my hair without flash. Before dyeing, I could see red strands here and there (thanks to Tonic for this), which were not painted over at all. Now they have become a little more noticeable and brighter.

A slight red tint is visible both on the length and on the bangs themselves.

But in the photograph with a flash this shade disappeared.

My opinion is this: the paint did not really adhere to the henna. While I was expecting a coppery color with a deep red undertone present, none of that lived up to it.
The long-lasting cream dye perfectly colored the roots of the hair in a bright red color, without a hint of a red tint, but the length became a little brighter and more saturated.

Despite its low cost, I recommend Fara permanent cream hair dye shade 511 copper-red.
There will be no red tint on the hair, a nice bright copper tint will appear.
I still can’t fully understand whether the paint adhered to the henna. Looking at my hair, I don't see much difference.

I dye my hair brown or dark chestnut. Recently, about a year ago, I switched to this paint, and now I’ll probably only buy it. My color is light brown, quickly fading, a little reddish, and many colors on me soon lose their brightness and begin to turn red. In general, the composition is not bad, there are many useful components, such as wheat proteins, argan oil, royal jelly extract... I don’t know what exactly helps, but the hair generally feels good after the procedure, and for some time after.

However, I cannot say exactly how long the paint will last without losing color, because... Every 3-4 weeks I touch up my hair because of the growing roots.

My summary: the dye is good, long-lasting, and, in my opinion, not too dangerous for the hair. In any case, in my experience there are cases with dye that made my hair very dry, dull, red instead of dark brown... With Fara dye, everything is predictable, the result is expected, and that’s what I like.

I never thought that I would finally decide to dye my hair Fara paint.

Although my mother has been using it for a long time (about 15 years), and she really likes this paint, since it covers her gray hair well, I have always been wary of Fara paint, since it is cheaper than other paints from the mass market.

For 10 years I've been dyeing my hair. GARNIER Color Naturals shade 3.0. All this time I was completely satisfied with both the color and the gentle effect on my hair.

From GARNIER paints I have a wonderful way hair stopped falling out after dyeing. This was strange, because usually it happens the other way around. The color stayed on the hair for a long time, the dye was very durable. BUT apparently this is only the effect of this shade 3.0. Because, having finally decided to change my hair color to a lighter one, I was completely disappointed in GARNIER dye.

Firstly, from lighter shades my hair started to fall out so much. Secondly, paint washed off after 2 weeks, if not less. Thirdly, completely didn't dye my gray hair. The only good thing was that after dyeing my hair was smooth and silky.

I chose shade 505b caramel, since on the packaging it looks like a light brown golden color. The shade numbers for Fara paint are very strange, not standard like other paints, so Finding the right shade is difficult!(Maybe there is some kind of secret here? I still don’t understand, unfortunately.) The first disadvantage of this paint.

IN compound I didn’t delve into it too much, but it might be useful to someone.

This is what happened to the hair before staining. The hair was literally not washed before dyeing.

The hair, to put it mildly, is multi-colored (on previously dyed hair, the dye has peeled off, it is lighter; it has grown back dark roots; a lot of gray hair, which is difficult to dye).

Paramount the goal was even out hair color, cover gray hair, without damaging your hair too much.

I prepared the paint according to the instructions.

Conveniently, the Fara paint kit includes applicator bottle with oxidizing agent, in which you need to mix the paint. With its help, the dye is easily applied to the hair along the partings.

I applied paint to the roots and part of the length, but did not apply it to the ends. Paints 100 ml was enough for me because my hair is not thick. I waited 30 minutes and washed it away. There was not as much hair loss after coloring compared to the light shades of GARNIER Color Naturals. I didn’t really like the balm after coloring, it was too thick and difficult to distribute through the hair; GARNIER Color Naturals has a better balm.

That's what in the end it worked out.

Hair after dyeing with Fara dye is not as smooth and silky as after dyeing with GARNIER Color Naturals.

The camera did not reproduce the color correctly, possibly due to artificial lighting. The hair color in the photo is lighter and yellower than in reality.

Closer to reality These photos, taken the day after dyeing in daylight, convey the resulting color.

The hair color has more or less evened out, but Not perfect until the color is uniform, the gray hair is still noticeable and shines. Apparently my gray hair can only be overcome by dye with absolutely dark shade. (((And of course, it’s better to paint gray hair in natural shades with the number 0 after the dot. As for the paint shade Farah 505b caramel, immediately after dyeing it absolutely does not match with color on the packaging and in the results table. The shade turned out to be much darker and not at all golden, but more reminiscent of mahogany.

Let's see, what happened to the color after 10 days. I wash my hair after about a day or two.

The color became a little lighter, not as golden as in the results table on the package, but reddish, which I did not like at all. The paint is washed off gradually and evenly, the paint of the headlight is really persistent.

What I liked about Fara paint is that it thickens the hair a little, it makes them shine, even the tips shimmer and sparkle beautifully in the sun, although I didn’t apply paint on them, apparently it was enough when washed off.

Let me sum it up.

The manufacturer's promises are half fulfilled. Fara dye is really durable, the color is bright, but it didn’t cover my gray hair well, it stands out from the general background of my hair. It didn't damage my hair any more.

1. It is difficult to choose a shade by number;
2. The resulting shade does not match the one stated on the packaging;
3. Does not completely cover gray hair;
4. The manufacturer misleads that the dye heals and restores hair.

Thus, there are both pros and significant cons. I don't want to try the whole palette of paints to find my shade, It would be more convenient if the Farah paint shade numbers corresponded to the generally accepted ones.

I will give 3 stars, since I have not tried other shades of Fara paint, and would most likely give 2.
