DIY Christmas bead crafts. Crafts made from beads for the New Year: photo, video master class. Simple toys made of wire and beads

From beads you can weave both a beautiful, elegant decoration for yourself - like a necklace or bracelet - and decoration for your home, especially for a holiday.

Crafts for the New Year from beads for beginners: photos

Masters can create real works of art from this material - for example, a Christmas tree almost a meter high, looking as naturalistic as possible - but beginners have nothing to fear: beadwork is suitable for everyone, and it is best to start with simple things.

For the New Year good choice There will be small figurine pendants (flat) for the Christmas tree, to be mounted on cabinets or shelves, or generally hung as a keychain to delight yourself with the festive spirit not only at home.

To weave a Christmas tree, take green, brown and yellow (or gold) beads, several brightly colored beads, as well as strong fishing line or wire - flexibility is not necessary for the product here. The Christmas tree consists of three parts - a trunk, branches and a star at the top.

Start weaving from the bottom, from the trunk, which will consist of three rows and expand slightly at the top - the optimal number of beads is 5, 6 and 7 for the entire trunk, but you can adjust in similar proportions if you want the Christmas tree a little larger or smaller.

The branches will occupy 11 rows. The bottom one will be the longest, and then the rows should gradually, first by 3-4 beads, be shortened. But remember, the tree looks like an uneven cone, and the rows should also fluctuate in length - the longer one “hangs” 1-2 beads above the previous one, etc.; the main thing is not to make the row longer than the very first one in the branches.

Weave the branches with green beads, but insert 1-2 colored beads into each row - so that the tree turns out to be “decorated with toys” or “light bulbs”. The last three rows should look something like 3-2-1. Leave one end of the wire like this for now, and weave a star on the other - each ray contains two yellow beads, and there are five rays in total.

They should be connected to each other only by the wire on which the beads themselves; just bend it into the shape of rays, and the shape will be preserved. Secure the wire at the end with the end left near the top.

In the same way, by simple circuits, you can weave Santa Claus, Baba Yaga, a snowflake - whatever you want; almost any patterns can be viewed on the Internet. If you do not want to weave according to patterns found on the Internet, make your own, simply by first marking the paper in a box with colored pens; for flat beaded figures nothing else is needed. One cell - one bead.

Crafts for the New Year from animal beads

You can weave any animal for decoration on New Year, but the palm, of course, is usually given to the symbol of the year according to Chinese calendar. However, the good old children's heroes New Year's tales always appropriate - for example, a hare. There are many weaving options for this animal, depending on appearance, we will give one of the most common.

To weave a small voluminous hare from beads, “unfold” the figurine - if you weave with one needle, then, in fact, you will first get a “spread out” hare, and only at the end will you “assemble” it, securing both sides to the abdomen.

But this simplified version will give you a rather rounded, well-fed figure; the same thing will happen if you weave body parts separately using the flat version, and then assemble them. It's better to take advantage volumetric diagram, although it does take a little time to get the hang of it.

New Year is coming very soon, you need to have time to prepare. Crafts made from beads for the New Year will not go unnoticed. A huge variety of crafts are made from beads, some of which we will try to make today.

Crafts from beads - MK

The most important attribute of the New Year is the Christmas tree, so we will start the bead craft master class with it. For this we need:

  • wire;
  • beads (golden, green, brown);
  • large beads (silver and gold);
  • bugles (white).

Our Christmas tree will be made of ten tiers, 4 branches each. Take a wire about 50 cm. String one piece at a time: a golden bead, a white bugle bead, a silver bead and a gold bead. big size and green beads.

Through all these beads, you need to pass the second end of our wire and separate it in different directions. Next, string 4 green beads on each side and twist the ends together. Then take one of the ends and string 4 green, 2 brown, 4 green beads and twist again.

Then we make two loops perpendicular to the first. Next, follow the same pattern to make the remaining branches.

The assembly process itself will consist of twisting the branches together so that there are 4-5 turns on the branch.

Bead ball - master class

Now we will try to make a beautiful Christmas ball. Prepare:

  • plastic Christmas ball with a diameter of 6 cm;
  • beads (colors to suit your taste);
  • beads;
  • fishing line

So, we take the ball, fasten the fishing line, string golden beads on it and wrap it in one turn around the ball, fastening it.

For your ball, the color scheme of beads can be absolutely any. Don't be intimidated and experiment with both the color and volume of beads. Try using beads of different textures, sizes and colors.

The net should fit very tightly on the ball, especially the very last rows. This is necessary so that the mesh does not slip. Pull the very last row very tightly. And the ball is ready.

To make our ball look even more impressive, you can weave a beautiful “skirt” for it.

Here's a secluded corner
Quiet place-
An angel flies here
God's sheep.
We shouldn't scare him off,
Don't drive me away from here.
He's here for Christmas
Prepared a miracle!

Step by step execution angel.

To make an angel, you can use beads of different sizes and colors. Imagine, try, experiment. You can increase or decrease the number of beads on the dress and wings. We also deviated a little from the scheme. The diagram is easy to read and will be a good help in your work. (Diagram taken from the Internet)

Cut the wire 50 cm, string 11 blue beads onto it.

Take a large white bead and insert the wire into the hole on both sides, pull it towards the blue beads and twist the wire 2-3 times.

We collect 10 beads on one wire. We lift the last bead up and twist the wire around the 9th bead.

We collect 10 more beads.

We repeat the set of beads on the second wire.

We form wings, pull up the beads and twist the wire around the beads at the head.

Take a bead average size and stretch the wire from both sides, towards each other (parallel weaving). Pull the bead tightly to the wings.

Let's make handles. On each wire we collect 6 blue beads and 3 white beads.

We leave the white ones free, and thread the wire through the blue ones and pull all the beads up. We do the same with the second wire. We made the handles.

Using parallel weaving technology, we make a dress for the angel.
We collect two beads and carefully pull them to the first. We dial three, then four. We make sure that the beads lie evenly and do not puff up.

Next we work according to the scheme. We make 6 such rows.

We will make the bottom of the dress from small pearl beads. Let's collect 14 of them for any wire. Pull it to the other end of the dress and twist it. Cut off the excess wire and mask the tip on the wrong side. This is how cute and elegant our angel turned out. I think it will bring happiness and health to my family.

Let the house be a full cup,
Let love and babies be in it!

And these angels were made by my friends.

It's more interesting together.

Nestled comfortably on the palm of your hand. You can admire and rejoice!

This is how you can decorate New Year tree. Angels look beautiful.

We sincerely congratulate all users of the site on the upcoming New Year and Merry Christmas. We wish you and your families happiness and health.

With the arrival of winter, we most often begin to think about the approaching favorite New Year holidays. There's so much ahead pleasant troubles: come up with a festive, special menu, prepare souvenirs, interesting thematic compositions and figurines for room decoration, purchase gifts. You can start decorating your home in advance to bring the holiday atmosphere into the house and please the children.

Today’s article will tell you and demonstrate to you how to make New Year’s crafts from beads with your own hands. For the New Year and Christmas holidays, you can make interesting compositions, such as a Christmas wreath, a star for a Christmas tree, or original Christmas tree decorations made of beads. Try making such products with the whole family using the master class presented in this material. As a result, in just a few evenings you will get your own original New Year's beaded toys and wonderful holiday souvenirs and gifts.

Traditionally, during New Year's holidays The doors of apartments and houses are decorated with a Christmas wreath. We are all accustomed to the fact that these compositions mainly consist of green Christmas tree branches with New Year's toys. This master class offers you interesting idea, where a similar New Year's wreath is woven entirely from beads interspersed with autumn berries on it.

The color of the beads can be changed at your discretion, thus embodying your original ideas that will help you create unique new Year decoration from beads for room decoration.

We begin the master class with an analysis of the materials and tools that we will need to weave a New Year's Christmas wreath with our own hands.

To weave leaves, prepare:

  • beads o round shape under No. 11 and triangular cutting under No. 9 in suitable shades;
  • copper wire No. 24 or 26 (115 meters long) and No. 30 (about 35 meters), respectively, in color for the selected beads.

For berries:

  • round beads, the same as for foliage (one piece - one berry);
  • beads (four to six millimeters in diameter) of an autumn tone with pearlescent tints;
  • wire number 30 (about eighty meters).

Other materials:

  • copper ring – 20.3 centimeters in diameter;
  • green wire No. 30 or the wire required for assembly under No. 28 in a silver shade;
  • brown floral ribbon (if you chose green as the color of the main material, then choose the ribbon to match it).

Pointed leaf weaving pattern

So, in order to make a Christmas wreath, you first need to weave the leaves. The approximate total number of such blanks is 150 pieces.

Beading of one branch with leaves occurs according to the French circular technique for weaving leaves with a pointed shape. This is one of the simplest weaving techniques, which is suitable even for beginners.

Having made three similar blanks, they need to be placed one on one on the front side with sharp tips up, as in the photo. We twist the wire bases together, thus forming a stem. Next, you need to fan out the resulting part and give the foliage the desired look with your own hands. This is done by bending them slightly outward in the center. The first part is ready. In a similar way, you will need to make forty-eight similar branches.

At the next stage, the master class moves on to creating berries for a New Year's craft. Make the number of such elements at your discretion. To start beading, prepare pieces of wire No. 30, 21 centimeters in length. We collect one bead on them, move it to the middle of the segment and fold the wire in half. Next, you need to straighten the ends and squeeze them together, as in the photo.

The next step is to thread the ends of the wire through a bead with a diameter of four millimeters and move it close to the bead. At the base of the bead, the ends are tied into a knot and gradually twisted together with your own hands. As a result, you should have a smooth wire leg. According to a similar pattern, continue weaving and form the remaining berries.

Now, you need to distribute the berries into forty-eight clusters. All clusters are held together by twisting the stems of the berries together. The height of such stems can vary at your discretion.

We attach each of the brushes with berries to a randomly selected branch with leaves and twist the wire bases into one thick stem. Please note that at this stage, as a result of twisting, the stem comes out quite thick, so for convenience we advise you to use pliers, which will facilitate this process.

Having completed the weaving process, we proceed to assembly. To finally form the Christmas wreath, take a copper ring and wrap it with floral tape.

Using spool wire or assembly wire, you need to attach the first branch with foliage to the ring. We place the leaves in the middle. Next, you need to wrap the ring to hide the wire base of the stems. If desired, the stems can be made shorter, which will greatly facilitate the process and help you assemble the Christmas wreath faster.

The next step is to attach the second branch to the ring. We place it 1.5 centimeters below the first. The leaves are bent with your own hands left side. We hide the sections behind the floral ribbon.

Next, we attach the third branch at a distance of 1.5 centimeters from the second. Here the leaves bend to the right, and the wire is hidden behind the floral tape. In the photo you can see what the reverse side of the product looks like.

Using a similar method, we continue to sequentially attach branches with foliage in increments of 1.5 cm, according to the following scheme: in the center, from the left, from right sides, on the left, on the right sides. Using this method allows you to uniformly fill a Christmas wreath with foliage in a circle, the circumference of which is 61 cm. As a result, the resulting foliage is enough to cover the entire ring with woven blanks.

To evenly arrange the branches with leaves along the ring, divide the workpieces into four or two parts and close the ring proportionally with quarters or halves.

This concludes the beading and master class. You can show your own imagination and add interesting details to this Christmas wreath. These can be figurines of angels, balls, snowflakes and other New Year's crafts made of beads.

Christmas tree cones

The next master class will look at the process of weaving cones, which can turn into themed Christmas tree decorations, simple figurines or holiday gifts.

Let's consider the materials and tools needed to carry out this beading:

Instead of an oval bead, you can use a dried acorn of suitable size.

Take sparkles and brown beads. We make two cones out of them, starting from the top. Next, you need to take a thread about a meter long and put 24 beads on it. We collect this bottom into a ring and leave a free tip of 25 cm. We fasten the thread. Next, you need to move three beads away from the unused tip and string a sequin on the convex side, seven pieces of beads and another sequin, but on the other side - the depressed side.

The next step is to thread the needle through the fourth bead from the thread in the initial ring and in the opposite direction through the sequin and the final bead (as in the diagram). We string six pieces of beads and a sequin (from the pressed side) onto the thread. We pass the needle through the bead of the initial ring (a quarter of the previous sequin) and then into the sequin and the final one strung.

We make the next three similar arcs from beads with sparkles, just like the second one. We string five pieces and thread the needle through the beads under the first of the sparkles, then through the sparkle, the beads above it and into reverse side into the sparkle and the bead underneath.

The thread is brought out in the center of the initial arc and threaded through three beads here and the scale row is completed.

We make the next five or six similar rows. We string beads with sparkles for the next arc and thread the thread into the bead located in the middle of the adjacent arc in the previous row. Pay attention to the diagrams, which show the weaving process step by step.

At the next stage, you need to insert the bead into the resulting case of sparkles at the bottom.

Next, we make a row with three sparkles. The thread is threaded into the middle bead of the adjacent arc. We collect a bead, shiny material from the convex side, three beads, a sparkle (from the depressed side) and a bead. The needle passes into the middle beads of a pair of adjacent arches and into the final bead and shiny material.

Next set: three beads, shiny material on the concave side and another bead. The needle passes from the middle bead of a pair of subsequent arcs and in the opposite direction through the bead and sparkle. We string the next three things and push the silt into the shiny element and the bead from the initial set in the row. We tighten the lower part of the cover, threading the thread through the beads located in the middle in the arcs of the final row (this is a dotted line in the diagram). The thread is fixed and cut.

We take a needle and thread it with the thread that was left at the initial stage of casting in the upper part of the cone. We collect a shiny element from the pressed side and one bead. We thread the needle into the sequin in the opposite direction through the center in two adjacent arcs. We fix two shiny parts in a similar way and insert a thread into the initial sparkle in this row. After this, the thread is threaded with three beads on top of the sequins (dotted line in the diagram). All that remains is to tighten, secure and cut the thread.

Let's begin the process of weaving needles.

We prepare a wire of a little more than one meter and string the main material. Fold it in half and collect glass beads. This will be the first pine needle. We collect glass beads and beads on any of the ends and move them towards the initial coniferous part. The wire is threaded in the opposite direction into the glass beads. In a similar way, we alternately perform these coniferous elements on each of the tips. In total, you need to make about forty similar parts. The wire is folded in half and twisted. It is necessary to cover the remaining piece of wire with coniferous parts, leaving ten centimeters at the ends. Leave these needles without twisting.

Take the next piece and thread it through the bead located in the cone. We collect beads brown tint and push the active tip through the bead in the opposite direction (as in the diagram). If you decide to use an acorn instead of beads, the wire is attached to the case. It is necessary to make ten to fifteen coniferous parts on both sides of the cone. The wire with the needles is twisted. Next, the next bump is attached. We make coniferous elements almost to completion.

We put the resulting elements together and twist four wire pieces and needles. Along the free ends we collect one brown bead of large and small sizes. We thread the wire through large-caliber beads in the opposite direction. Twist the ends with the twig and remove unnecessary parts.

This composition with pine cones can decorate new Year gifts or become a wonderful Christmas tree decoration.

Star made of beads and wire

Finally, I would like to offer you a simple master class for beginners, where an example of creating an exclusive New Year's star with your own hands. Such figures will attract Special attention to the tree under which gifts are hidden.

The main emphasis in this example is on the manufacture of the product frame. Here, with your own hands, you need to give the correct shape and form the desired bend for the New Year's star.

For weaving you will use beads of different shapes, shades and sizes. Prepare a copper wire of medium diameter and thinner, which is used in beading. Also, do not forget to prepare pliers and pliers.

Let's prepare all the details for work and begin creating the star. Take a thick piece of wire, fold it in half and twist it. It turns out to be a kind of braid. At the final stage, one of the ends is secured in a vice, and the other is twisted with pliers. After this, form the shape of a star from these elements, the rays of which should be the same size.

Using pliers, you need to make a loop at any of the corners and twist the ends of the wire. The result is small curled tails.

At the next stage, using beading wire, we wrap the entire surface of the New Year's star. The result is a solid foundation for the next step. Now, on the same thin wire, we make a string of beads of different shapes, colors and sizes and wind the resulting part over the entire surface of the star. At the end of this process, the ends of the wire must be fixed and hidden inside the figure.

Colored beads against a background of copper material attract the eye, and your star will not go unnoticed. Based on this master class, you can make figurines, products and gifts of different sizes. When creating a large star, carefully wrap the workpiece with wire so that there are no voids left in the composition.

The first row consists of three to four beads. Fasten the second thread to the ball, moving in the opposite direction. When there are three to five rows of beads left to make, cut a piece of ribbon, fold it into a loop and attach it to the ball. After that, return to the beads. Decorate the loop fastening with a bow made of openwork ribbon. In addition, beads can be glued individually.

Christmas angel

Pattern for weaving a Christmas angel from beads and seed beads

A snow-white figurine is an excellent decor for a New Year’s tree or. The craft is made using the parallel weaving technique on wire. The following materials are needed for work:

  • mother of pearl beads;
  • large mother-of-pearl bead for the head;
  • mother of pearl beads;
  • “spark” beads (golden and silver);
  • thin wire.

Start weaving the angel's body. Collect six beads, thread both ends into five beads, crossing them. Pass the ends through the four beads again. Continue this pattern until only one bead remains. Make angel hands. Place eight mother-of-pearl beads and one gold bead on the ends of the wire. Unfold the end of the wire and pass back through the mother of pearl beads to cross the wire into one of the body beads.

Form an angel's neck and place a large bead on it for the head. Make a halo using 15 golden beads and return the wire to the neck, wrapping it once. Move on to the wings. String 30 silver beads onto each one, secure the ends of the wire around the neck and hide them at the back. Use the remaining material to make a hanger, through which you pull a thread-suspension.

golden star

A toy made of sparkling beads will add a touch of luxury to the decoration of your tree. To create it, take:

  • beads in silver and two tones of gold;
  • thread of a suitable shade;
  • a needle;
  • foam;
  • thin decorative tape.

Place four silver beads on a thread and enclose them in a ring. Between every two beads, weave two more. Alternately add one or two gold beads between pairs of silver ones. Weave two beads at the corners of the resulting figure. According to the pattern in the picture, make the last two rows using the third (darkest) shade of beads.

Make four more of these squares and bend them in half. They will become the rays of a star. Connect the parts together, starting from the tops, leaving a loop on one for fastening in the form of a ring of beads. Before sewing on the last square, fill the star with foam. Pull the glitter thread through the loop and hang the ornament on.

Beaded wreath

- a new, but already favorite element of winter decor. Imitation spruce branches and ribbons can even be made from small beads. You will need:

  • green, red and golden beads;
  • bicone beads;
  • fishing line;
  • needle;
  • decorative bell for decoration;
  • thin ribbon or satin thread for hanging.

Collect five beads and lock them into a ring. Work with both ends of the line. On one, place a bicone and three beads, on the other, only a bicone. Cross the lines in it towards each other, as when weaving in a cross. Repeat the steps three times, and the fourth time, string a bicone on both sides of the fishing line and cross them through three beads so that the material comes to the top.

Then weave according to this pattern: string a bicone and a bead on one end of the ribbon, and only the bicone on the other. Cross the ends of the fishing line in it. Finally, pull the line through the braided beads and pull it off. Collect all the details into a wreath. Decorate it with a bell, add a loop of gold beads and thread a ribbon through it.

Christmas tree made of beads

Step by step weaving fir branches made of green beads

Experienced needlewomen can easily create a miniature spruce tree from beads and wire. Prepare for work:

  • green felling (or white - for a snow-covered tree). When choosing the first option, also stock up on beads yellow tint, which will emphasize the edges of the branches.
  • for a spruce covered with snow, take light wire, for a green beauty, copper wire.
  • find large silver and gold colored beads for the top.

Weave using the twisted loop technique, as shown in the photo. Each piece includes six green beads and two yellow. Pick up three green, two gold and three green again, twist the wire and move on. The upper branches consist of three elements. Their tips can be decorated not only with green, but also with silver beads.

Instructions for creating a wicker Christmas tree on wire

The closer to the base of the tree, the more magnificent the foliage becomes and the more weaving needs to be done. Wind the finished branches onto the wire stem in a circle. Decorate the top and base of the Christmas tree separately. The work is not difficult, but it requires concentration and takes a lot of time.
