b) Remember that your harmonious internal state is more important than achieving results and fulfilling any plan by 500%! Be merciful and kind to yourself my s fuck! The pleasure of the process is more valuable than the result itself. Any plan simply simplifies our task, streamlines our thought process, and calms us down. If this does not happen, then this is not a woman’s plan! In women's terms, pleasure and joy come first!

c) After you are completely familiar with the plan, write down on a piece of paper what you will take note of and implement. Let your personal plan be written down in your own hand and on your own piece of paper! So nicer and calmer! =)

Step 1 Cleansing of negativity
Analyze the past year month by month. A diary, if you keep one, or photographs will help you with this. Remember everything that you didn’t fully accept, all the situations that left a residue, disappointment, etc. Remember all the people who were in your life or entered your life in the past year. Thank them for their lessons, forgive them and internally let go of the situations associated with them that burden you.
The following practices will help you with this:
♡ Practice “Healing Letter”
On a piece of paper, write a letter to the person with whom you have an unfinished situation - resentment, misunderstanding, disappointment, etc. You write everything that comes to mind, pour out all your feelings and experiences onto paper. In this way, you defuse this situation by reliving it again, and it no longer has the same strong influence and does not draw energy onto you, your energy resource is released. After you write a letter, you can write yourself a response from the person you wrote to. In your answer, write everything that you would like to hear from him in response.
This practice can be done for relationships with departed people with whom you cannot communicate in real life. Or, for example, with those with whom contact has been lost, but a residue remains inside. Of course, if possible, then clarify all situations personally, with the person it concerns, this is much more effective. But there are situations in which we can independently and unilaterally perform the practice and it will also have a very good effect.

♡ Practice "Gratitude"
Write 10 (or more) thanks to the person with whom there is some kind of misunderstanding or alienation. For example, you feel that there is not enough warmth in some relationship, but you would like to improve it. Imagine how your gratitude envelops that person and you along with him in bright and pure energy, clearing the field of your relationship.

♡ Practice "Returning Balance"
If in some relationship you feel that you cannot go through a lesson or solve a problem with a certain person. This could be someone from the distant past or from your present. You feel dependence or guilt, or some other unpleasant feeling, and this lasts for a very long time, then you need to complete the energetic union with this person by mentally imagining how the energy strings that connect you are torn. You can add in words: “I’m taking everything that’s mine from you, I’m giving you what’s yours.” With love and gratitude, in the highest and best way."
In this way, you, again, release energy and in the future a person with whom you will solve your problems much easier and faster will come into your life. In the meantime, just free yourself and cleanse yourself so that it is easier to move forward and nothing interferes with your inner harmony.

Step 2 Debt recovery

It is necessary to repay all material and spiritual debts.
Material debts- it's not just money. These are books, any other people's things that are in your house. Be sure to take the time to contact their owners and return them before the New Year. Even if, for example, in your house there are things of your mother or sister, who, in fact, are not strangers to you, but still this also applies to their things. Especially if there are or were some unresolved problems between you.

For example, you have been dependent on your mother’s opinion for a long time, or there is an unresolved issue between you and your mother-in-law. The absence of their things in your home does not mean the absence of these people in your life and does not at all mean that you disdain them. It just means that you are independent and have integrity. this moment, and this is how you will enter the New Year. At the same time, your feelings for these people may be the warmest and most tender.

As for money, if there is no way to repay the debt, then imagine that this money that you received and which you cannot give back is credit of trust to you personally from this man! This is his disposition, benevolence, and it is very important, if there is a situation with debts, to perceive it this way. In a deeper sense, we can say that you do not trust the World so much that it gives you credit through people. In general, if there are situations with monetary debts, then you need to work on the topic of trust and open your heart. But this is the topic of other articles and my projects.

Spiritual debts- these are all unfinished “promises” and obligations. If you promised someone something and didn’t do it, took on an obligation and didn’t fulfill it, didn’t energetically accept someone’s noble gesture or gift, and you have a need inside you to give back, thank you, and so on, then you must definitely end such situations . How you do it is your choice. You can simply resolve the issue within yourself, mentally taking the necessary steps, or contact the person and voice what you are concerned about. It often happens that the person towards whom we feel an obligation has already forgotten about the existence of this duty, and it is only in our head. And these efforts that you will make to free yourself from spiritual debts will once again convince you that the sense of duty is a useless cockroach that lives in our heads and which is high time to drive it out!

Step 2 List of unfinished tasks

Write a list of all the unfinished tasks that you did not complete in the past year. This could be an unread book, an unfinished project, an unrealized plan or scenario in relation to someone or something.

Then divide this list into three parts.

The first part is those things that you will have time to complete and will complete this year.

The second part is those things that you leave unfinished, refuse to complete them and release them unfinished into oblivion! =)

And the third part is those things that you do not have time to complete this year and write them down in your plans for next year, with the desire to complete them.

Step 4 Results or conclusions about life

Write 5 main conclusions that you made about life in the past year (more than 5 are possible). These could be some lessons that you have learned, everything that life has taught you and thanks to which you have become even more holistic, happy and harmonious. Then, if you carry out this practice annually, all of your conclusions and results for each year can be put into your personal book of female wisdom and passed on to inheritance =) Or just read from time to time and realize the significance, the value of every step you take, every life you live year and feel the special meaning of your life and your mission in the female body.

For example, I started doing this practice last year and wrote 5 conclusions about life in my book of feminine wisdom. One of them was that you should never wait for happiness in the future, it either happens to you now, where you are and with the people who surround you, if you want it, or it never happens.

In the past year, I felt this very well several times and this phrase written in my diary became a kind of anchor that brought me to a feeling of satisfaction with the present and freed me from the illusion that happiness was waiting for me somewhere over the horizon!

Step 5 Return to the home of your soul

The goal of this practice is to tune into your personal rhythm, get out of all other energy structures and egregors that influence you and return to yourself as much as possible by the time of the transition from one year to another.
To do this, choose a ritual for yourself that returns you to a state of presence when you are not chasing the future or thinking about the past and do it every day until the very moment of welcoming the New Year. It can take from 5 minutes to 30-60 minutes, as you wish. For example, this year I chose for myself contemplation of clouds for 5-15 minutes, breathing practice for 15-20 minutes and the “Surya Namaskar” sun salutation complex. You can choose whatever you want. It could be some kind of handicraft, any kind of activity that brings you balance and peace. The main thing is that before you start, express your intention for a few seconds to return to yourself and your harmony and then start. This setup works very well and you will really feel the results if you do it for several days in a row and tune yourself before doing it.

You can include walking in your daily practice.
Walking can be called dynamic meditation, because when we walk, a certain rhythm arises and this helps us tune in to harmony, structure our thoughts, calm down, make a decision, resolve some kind of internal conflict. Walking triggers special processes in our psyche that help us to properly tune in to the current moment in life, without getting stuck in either the past or the future! You can visualize any process in walking, for example, that you are moving into a new stage of life and leaving the past behind.

Step 1 Plan your New Year's activities

To prevent the pleasant pre-holiday bustle from turning into energy-sapping chaos, plan your pre-New Year's activities. You can write down what you will do and when you will do it day by day. For example, cleaning the house at such and such a time, decorating the Christmas tree at such and such a time, buying groceries and putting yourself in order on such and such a day, practices and your useful preparatory affairs also on certain days or at certain times.
And most importantly, let your plan be tailored to you, and not you to it! And as I already wrote, be sure to add such an important element as pleasure - this will help you remain in a feminine state and maintain inner harmony.

Step 2 Cleaning

The most natural and well-known, even “grandmother’s” method of bringing oneself into harmony is, of course, cleaning.
Cleaning and clearing all debris on the physical plane and putting in order the entire space that surrounds you.
Cleaning triggers internal processes that help you let go of the past. Everything that surrounds us is part of us at the energetic level, and if there is disorder, then this is reflected in our sense of self.
You need to tidy up not only your home, bag, wallet, but also your phone, computer, email inbox, and social media profiles.

Move aside the closet behind which dust has accumulated and wash it, burn unnecessary papers, ventilate all rooms, let sunlight into the house if the sun looks outside the window. After cleaning, you can light candles in the house, turn on beautiful music and launch the energy of creation.

Remove unnecessary people on social networks, unnecessary contacts on your phone, photos that do not correspond to your worldview now. Pay special attention to your wardrobe, the things you wear (or no longer wear), and the household items that surround you.
Our things are powerful energy anchors that store energy memory and launch and hold us in certain states of the past that they correspond to. Therefore, if possible, get rid of everything unnecessary and obsolete on the physical plane and you will feel how much easier it has become to breathe, and even to live!!

Be sure to part with unnecessary cosmetics and personal care products.

Step 4 Cleansing the body

If the body is silent, the imagination does not lead anywhere beyond the read line, there is no movement and inside it is as if there is a stupor, silence, dullness, or suddenly a portrait appears before the eyes loved one(who may be the owner of this desire), then the desire is not yours, feel free to cross it off the list and move on to the next one! And do this with every desire!
Pay special attention to material desires; we women must be aware of them. Feminine nature material, from the word MOTHER! Highly spiritual women who neglect material things are very uncomfortable in the physical material world, and the world reminds them of this through illnesses, problems with money and men.
Once you have made a list of your true desires, put it in a secluded place until next year. Then, when you read them a year later, you will be pleasantly surprised!

Practice “Box of Wishes” (from Irishenka’s comment)

My beloved friend Irishka reminded me of this practice; she wanted to try it last year, but it didn’t work out. I will definitely try it this year and recommend it to you.

On December 31, spend the whole day preparing something and preparing for the holiday, write your wishes on small sticky notes throughout the day (prepare them in advance, a pen and any beautiful small box). You can decorate the box yourself, for example, paste it with foil and ribbons. And the whole day between tasks, dreaming and writing desires in the form of already fulfilled ones (absolutely everything from dresses to realizing oneself in something), all this without spending separate time, but entering the state of this desire, then fixed by the state here and now (by doing any chores around the house) - this anchors the states of the desired and prevents you from flying into the future. Place it under the Christmas tree and remove it after the holidays until next year. Then review your wishes in a year and thank them for what they fulfilled!

Choose any wish-making practice that suits you and create your new life!

By the way, an important addition about making wishes, which I did not mention, and you may not know about it! It is better to feel, to understand a true desire or not, to enter into a state of desire will help by writing it in the form of a fulfilled one!

You can write a congratulation from Santa Claus and send it to your loved ones without a return address. For a couple of years in a row I practiced such wonderful congratulations. Imagine yourself as Grandfather Frost and write everything you would like to wish for this person. Children are very happy and sincerely believe in such letters. Even adults begin to believe in miracles. Such amazing stories I had these letters from Santa Claus. One letter saved my friend from deep sadness, because it arrived at the right moment and was noticed by her completely by accident, another made one girl believe in Santa Claus again after her parents were declassified in the performance of the duties of a magical old man. Another of the letters made an adult friend feel like a child and was moved to tears, because I accidentally called her by name in the letter as only one person, dear and dear to her heart, called her.
In general, all participants in the process received a huge amount of joy and love! Moreover, the stories with guessing who this mysterious Santa Claus was were also the most amazing! Since my goal was not to receive gratitude for this congratulation, but it still found me, through incredible situations in which those being congratulated suddenly guessed who it could be!))) Some, of course, guessed right away!)) In general, it's a whole New Year's adventure for all participants in the process. The pleasure is incredible!)

Communicate as with someone close to you, tell your deepest thoughts and secrets, thank, ask for support, explain something, trust, confess, express your love and gratitude for what you are, for everything you have what you have and what you don't yet have. At this point I suggest make a list of those who need to be congratulated , but on the contrary write - to whom and what to give for the New Year. I have had an artificial Christmas tree for many years now, which is very convenient and environmentally friendly. But I want to add new toys - as an option, you can make them yourself. As well as garlands, snowflakes for windows, cards, holiday posters and elegant wreaths for front doors. In general, there are many options! Christmas for me, for example, means congratulations to my godson, a trip to my son’s godparents and a table of 12 dishes. It’s difficult to guess in advance who will come to us - so we have to plan meetings in advance so as not to miss anyone and congratulate everyone we want.

“What to cook for the New Year?” - This is a headache for most women. And it’s better to plan the New Year’s menu in advance too.

A significant “+” of celebrating the New Year outside the home is the lack of need to set the table and cook. And with our gastronomic traditions (the table needs to be full of dishes seen and never seen), New Year for women is not so much a holiday as a test of endurance in the kitchen. And if you have some strength left, then you can put on a dress, quickly put on makeup and sit down at the table with buzzing legs.

This is all about me in past years - and I don’t want it anymore)) And this means that this year you need to choose the optimal number of dishes, think through everything in advance and unload as much as possible on December 31st. I have a version of the holiday menu, to which I plan to add 1-2 new dishes and maybe new dessert(This is my weakness)).
