As a rule, only children are allowed into the morning and afternoon performances, but children can attend the evening performances with their parents.

It is recommended to come to the Kremlin Christmas tree in advance - they begin to let spectators through the Kutafya Tower 1.5 hours before the performance. And all this time can be spent on entertainment in the foyer of the Kremlin Palace. There are a lot of interesting things there - competitions, attractions, life-size puppets and so on. As a rule, these are small stalls where you can order hot dogs, pizza, pies with various fillings and sweets, as well as hot tea, coffee and mulled wine. As last year, special heated rest areas will be organized. You can go to Tverskaya with your child on New Year's holidays; children can easily find entertainment there to suit their taste.

The festivities on Tverskaya will begin at 11 a.m. on December 31 and end at 3 a.m. on January 1. On the other two days, the work schedule will be slightly shorter - from 12.00 to 22.00. Well, those who can’t get enough of the holiday just on this street can walk to Revolution Square – there they will traditionally set up a New Year’s fair and install a giant ice slide.

New Year in Gorky Park

The improvised stage begins immediately behind the main entrance and ends just at the main fountain. This is a huge space with enough room for everyone. And DJ performances will be perfectly visible, since they are located at the top of the entrance group. Plus, giant monitors will be installed along the edges of the stage, on which the picture will be broadcast, as well as New Year's addresses from the mayor of Moscow and the President of Russia. Theatrical performances are organized for visitors, children can participate in numerous competitions, the skating rink is filled, and the post office begins accepting letters. During a tour of the estate, you should definitely look into the creative chamber. There they organize various master classes for children applied arts. Other entertainment includes a room of distorting mirrors and a cinema where Soviet and modern cartoons are shown.

But the main event when visiting the estate will be meeting Santa Claus himself. And keep in mind, he expects each child to come prepared and tell him some rhyme. And in return, as expected, he will receive a sweet prize (all this is included in the ticket price).

Sleigh ride with horses through the winter forest

The organizers even hinted that one of them will reach a height of 13 meters - this is more than ever before. But the theme is still kept secret. Last year, the ice sculptures were dedicated to the upcoming World Cup. We will find out very soon what will happen in this.

A traditional exhibition is scheduled to open in Skolniki Park in December. One of the unique exhibits that is always present there is an entire room made of ice. The room is so well thought out that one could basically live in it.

The exhibition at VDNKh is interesting because you can always visit it even at the preparation stage. And see with your own eyes how the giant sculptures are being prepared. And on some days, special master classes are held for everyone. In 2019, they promise to create truly masterpiece figures, among which will be characters from your favorite fairy tales and cartoons, as well as fantastic aliens and objects related to UFOs.

In Krasnaya Presnya Park, traditionally, many figures have historical overtones. For example, some palace of the tsarist era or a sailing ship. And in Luzhniki, in addition to the ice sculptures themselves, craftsmen create entire attractions out of snow. Visitors can walk through the ice labyrinth, ride down a slide, and so on.

Description: One of the most popular roller coasters opens annually on Revolution Square - right next to Red Square on the territory New Year's fair. Its height is about 7 meters, but its length is almost 100. And this entire distance can be flown on cheesecakes, which are provided to everyone. The ride is free, but there is almost always a long line at the slide.

But the largest ice slide opens in the Muzeon park - its height is about 20 meters. And again you will have to roll it on a cheesecake. If you bring your own, the attraction is free.
