Weaving a rope of beads and beads. Bead strand patterns: an easy tutorial on weaving a Turkish bracelet with photos and videos. Master class on weaving a mosaic rope from beads

Having become a little more comfortable with mosaic weaving, I decided to continue making beaded jewelry using this technique.

If you remember, I already have a braided and beaded sodalite cabochon ready, and I even made a beaded loop for it using the mosaic weaving technique, so that the braided cabochon turned into a beaded pendant.

Now all that remains is to figure out what to hang the beaded cabochon pendant on so that it can be worn as a necklace.

While searching for master classes and patterns on mosaic bead weaving, I have repeatedly come across instructions for making a beaded cord. Moreover, it turned out that a cord made of beads, or as it is also called a “harness,” can be either woven or crocheted.

The version of a rope crocheted from a thread with beads strung on it, although it was impressive with its reliability, did not inspire enthusiasm: I always resort to using a crochet hook in the most extreme cases. Therefore, it’s one thing to crochet the edge of a children’s scarf knitted with knitting needles or, say, to connect the loops of an openwork beret knitted with knitting needles using a hook. And it’s quite another thing to knit a beaded rope without having the skill to use a crochet hook.

I mention this method of making a beaded cord only because someone may find this option easier and more accessible than weaving a beaded cord using a needle. You will find a video on crocheting a beaded rope at the end of the post.

And now it's time to deal with the fact

How to weave a mosaic strand of beads

The simplest and most common version of a mosaic strand made of beads is mosaic strand woven in a circle (cross weaving). Such a tourniquet turns out to be very dense and at the same time quite elastic.

To weave a mosaic strand and create a beaded necklace based on it, I will need:

  • Czech beads Preciosa 10/0 (shiny pale blue and transparent dark blue)
  • fishing line 0.25 mm thick
  • bead needle
  • scissors
  • tweezers
  • lighter
  • thick white shoe thread
  • wire cutters
  • round pliers
  • silver-look jewelry fittings (2 pins, 2 caps and a magnetic clasp)

For clarity, I attach

pattern of transverse weaving of a mosaic strand of beads in a circle on 7 beads

Master class on weaving a mosaic rope from beads

1st row (Fig. 1): I string 7 beads onto a fishing line: 2 blue, 1 blue and 4 blue (To weave a mosaic strand in a circle, you can pick up any odd number of beads, starting from 5, depending on the desired thickness of the finished strand)

I stretch the fishing line through the entire first row of beads.

I close the fishing line into a ring, leaving a free end 15 cm long.

2nd row (Fig. 2): I stretch the fishing line through the first (blue) bead of the first row and string one blue bead onto it.

Again I skip one bead of the first row and stretch the fishing line through the fifth (blue) bead of the first row.

I stretch the line through the last seventh bead of the first row.

Row 3 (Fig. 3): I string one blue bead onto a fishing line. I stretch the fishing line through the first (blue) bead of the second row and again string one blue bead onto the fishing line.

I stretch the fishing line through the second (blue) bead of the second row and string one blue bead onto it.

Pattern: To get a spiral pattern of dark blue beads on a blue background, in each new row, when removing the needle from blue beads, I string a blue bead onto the fishing line and, accordingly, when removing the needle from blue beads, I string a blue bead.

I continue weaving the mosaic strand according to the pattern until the desired length is achieved.

At a certain stage of work on weaving a mosaic strand, you may have a natural question:

How to secure and extend fishing line or thread when weaving with beads?

It was for these purposes that I prepared thin tweezers and a lighter.

If you see that the fishing line or thread is running out when weaving with beads, and it is not enough to finish the weaving, you must leave a free end 10-12 cm long.

To insert a new piece of fishing line, you need to tie it to the working fishing line from the inside of the bundle, making several knots between the previously strung beads and stretching the new fishing line through the strung beads.

After both pieces of fishing line are connected and secured, the remaining ends need to be cut off, but not right to the knot, but leaving small tails, 0.5-0.7 cm long, and then melt them with a lighter, first holding them with tweezers so that do not damage the knots or stain the beads.

When a spiral mosaic strand of the required length is woven, I pull a thick shoe thread through it to prevent excessive stretching of the fishing line under the weight of the beaded pendant.

By the way, I accidentally found this diagram showing how the finished necklace, beads or necklace will look when worn:

I pull the tails of the fishing line and the ends of the shoe thread remaining at the ends of the braided rope through the loops of jewelry pins, fasten it, melt it with a lighter and pull it inside the beaded rope.

I put a jewelry cap on each pin.

I shorten the pins to the required length. Using round nose pliers I bend the free ends of the pins into loops. I attach half a magnetic fastener to each eyelet.

Now all that remains is to hang a cabochon pendant braided with beads on the finished mosaic bead strand. And here is the result - a simple but quite spectacular beaded necklace:

And now the promised video master class on crocheting a rope of beads. Knowledge of English is not necessary - the video is shot in close-up, extremely detailed and understandable.

Hello!

This tutorial is dedicated to knitting a rope of beads in a half-column pattern. In the first part of MK I will show you the principle of knitting and describe the main points. The second part will be practical. We will use the acquired skills to make a bracelet based on a knitted strand of beads. Here we will learn how to secure a pin during the knitting process and touch on the topic of designing the finished product.

All materials were purchased from:

Part One: Training

For the first part, MK took the largest bead available (unfortunately, it is hopelessly Chinese, but it will do for an example) and a bright green thread. The materials were selected for clarity, so you should not repeat this experiment at home.

1. Let's pick up a thread and a hook. As you can see, the method of gripping the thread when knitting with beads is the same as with regular knitting. The position of the hook is individual. I hold it the same when knitting with and without beads. The main thing here is how comfortable it is for you personally.

Before you start working, check the presence of the Muse (my furry inspiration is always nearby)!
2. Let's make the first loop. Insert the hook under the working thread on the left side and twist it counterclockwise.
3. Now grab the working thread and pull it through our loop.

4. The first chain stitch is ready. We always knit it without beads.
5. Now we move the bead close to the knitting and grab the working thread behind it.
6. Pull the working thread through the loop. Thus, we knitted our first bead.
7. I will knit a rope for 6 beads in a circle, so we knit 6 air loops with beads.
8. Insert the hook into the first chain stitch (we knitted it without beads).

9. Pull the working thread through the loop. Here we have a ring, which is the basis of our future tourniquet. We will knit it in a spiral, without lifting loops, in a half-stitch.
10. Insert the hook under the first bead of the first row. We move it with the nail of the thumb of the right hand to the right, placing it with the hole facing up. We throw over the working thread.
11. Move the new bead close to the knitting, grab the working thread behind it and knit a half-stitch. This is how we knitted the first bead of the second row. At the very beginning of work, when the first rows are knitted, you need to be very careful. We knit one bead into each loop. Also, be careful not to skip a loop. So, we knit the first bead of the second row into the loop with the first bead of the first row, the second bead of the second row into the loop with the second bead of the first row, and so on.
12. Let's look again at how to knit beads. Insert the hook into the loop under the second bead of the first row, place the bead to the right, with the hole facing up.

13. We throw over the working thread. This is done so that the knitting remains inside the strand, and the beads are on the surface.
14. Move the new bead close to the knitting, grab the working thread behind it and knit a half-column.
A little advice: in order not to get lost while knitting the first rows, I push exactly as many beads towards me as need to be knitted in a row. For example, now you should have 6 beads ready. When the flagellum becomes longer, knitting will be much easier and more beads can be pulled up.
15. I knitted a small demonstration flagellum. As you can see, the knitted beads lie with the holes facing up, the threads do not stick out (for work, you will select threads to match the color of the beads and they will not be visible at all). The unknitted beads in the last row stand on the edge.

16. To make the end of the strand look neater, we knit the last row with a half-column without beads. So all the beads are neatly laid out.
Part 2: Practice
17. To make a rope, which will become the basis of our bracelet, we select beads of two colors and threads that match the color. Without cutting the thread from the skein, we collect beads using a bead needle. In order to calculate exactly how many beads to collect for a product of a particular size, we use a simple formula: length of the finished product * number of beads in a circle. I will knit a rope with 8 beads, 17 cm long, which means I need to collect 136 cm of beads. When calculating the length of the flagellum, take into account 2-4 cm of reserve for the fastener and decor. That is, as a result, from a flagellum of 17 cm I got a bracelet 20 cm long.
Our flagellum will be decorated with a simple pattern. To do this, I collect beads in the following sequence: 5 beige/1 gold/1 beige/1 gold. When setting beads, be careful not to get lost.

18. We knit the first 5 rows of the flagellum. The tail of the working thread can be hidden inside the bundle.
19. Now we insert a pin into the harness, as shown in the figure.
20. To secure the pin in the knitting, we pull a loop through the eye of the pin, and then we knit a half-stitch in the usual way (insert the hook into the loop under the corresponding bead, etc.). To ensure that the pin is securely fastened in the knitting, this operation should be repeated 3-4 times.
21. The pin is secured. Now it will be easier for us to decorate our flagellum with end caps.

22. When there are 5 rows left to knit, attach a pin using the same principle at the end of knitting.
23. Our second pin is secured in knitting. It remains to knit the last two rows and close the last row with half-columns without beads.
24. Now our flagellum is ready.

Now let's use our imagination. You should choose the appropriate diameter ends, clasp and, of course, decorate your bracelet. For decoration, I chose a pendant with pink crystal, golden glass beads and golden acrylic leaves.

Good luck to you!

Jewelry frombeads are always relevant. The art of beading appeared in ancient times, and since then materials have changed, techniques have been improved and expanded. But beadwork has not gone out of fashion. Today you can buy the most beautiful jewelry, including from famous brands. Or you can learn how to make them yourself - you can handle it, because every woman is a craftswoman at heart. We invite you to dedicate today to a master class on bead braiding.

So, what is a tourniquet and where can it be used?

Tourniquet from- This is an original decoration in the form of a cord. It is voluminous and convex. The beads create a cord, but inside there is an empty celebration. The rope can be used to make a beautiful bracelet, lariat or necklace.

What will you need?

The list of necessities is small - you just need to stock up on thin but durable, a needle and, of course, beads. They will help hide the ends of the threads (these are clips, special accessories for beading). If you decide to make a bracelet or necklace, you will also need a clasp - you will need to fasten the jewelry on your neck or arm.

We take beads in several shades - you can choose a combination of colors to your liking. It is advisable not to use small beads (the optimal size is 10-11). And, of course, the beads must be the same size and shape (so you shouldn’t buy the cheapest material, take it).

What to weave with?

You can weave either crocheted or without a hook using a needle. Both methods are simple - just choose whichever is more convenient for you to work with. You will also need fishing line or strong thread (for example, silk).

Reading the diagram: basic designations

The following conventions are used in bead weaving patterns:

Corrected - a mosaic pattern of a woven pattern;

Draft - drawing of a plait in a spread;

Simulation - what the future finished product will look like.

Study them to easily become familiar with new patterns.

The most popular weaving patterns

To start weaving, you should stock up on materials, choose a weaving pattern and study it. There are many well-known patterns: simple mosaic rope, shaggy, Turkish, square, American, crochet... Let's look at the most popular of them.

Simple mosaic harness

Even beginners who have never woven beads before can handle a simple mosaic strand - the technique is very simple.

When weaving a mosaic strand, an unpaired number of beads is used. For the diagram, we will take a strand of 7 beads, but there can be 5 or 9 of them.

Mosaic strand weaving pattern:

1. String 7 beads onto a fishing line.

2. Connect them into a ring by pulling the end of the fishing line through the first bead.

3. Leave a free line at the base, which you will use to secure the tourniquet. 15 centimeters will be enough.

4. To weave the second row we use the mosaic principle. String a bead - pass it through the first bead, the next through the third, then through the fifth, through the seventh.

5. We make the third row according to the same principle, but now we attach new beads to each one in the previous row (we already missed paired beads there, and we already have the basis for the mosaic).

6. We continue working according to the same scheme until we obtain the length of the harness you require.

7. At the end, secure the work. You can carefully melt the line to do this.

Scheme of weaving a harness using American technology

American technology is quite simple, but allows you to create unique products. To work, you will need size 10 beads, a needle and thread (or fishing line).

Scheme of work:

1. Fasten the first bead - it will become a stop bead.

2. String 12 beads. If you use two colors, then the number of beads for each of them should be the same - 6.

3. Using a needle, place 6 beads of the first color on the fishing line and tighten. You have made the first loop.

4. We collect 1 bead of the first color and 6 of the second, draw the line again through 6 beads of the first color, but now start with the second. You already have two loops.

5. Then take 1 bead of the first color and 6 of the second, and remove it through 6 starting from the third. This is the third loop. And you work according to this principle until the end.

Crochet bead strand - what is special?

Some craftswomen prefer crocheting. The scheme of work is as follows:

1. At the end of the thread, tie a knot that will secure the product;

2. Take a bead, hook the thread, and then pull one bead through the loop. The concept of weaving is very similar to knitting simple air loops;

3. Once you have cast on enough stitches, join them into a circle. And then knit a single crochet stitch, stringing the beads evenly.

Shaggy tourniquet

This is one of the most difficult types of weaving, however, if you do everything consistently according to the pattern, you can handle it. Plus, this is an incredibly beautiful harness.

You will need a lot of beads, a needle and thread. With this weaving, the thread is visible, so choose it to match the beads.

The weaving pattern is as follows:

1. You string a lot of beads on a thread and make a loop - like crocheting;

2. Pull 5-7 beads to the loop (look at the size of the beads and the width of the strand you want to get). Knit another loop;

3. And follow the same principle until you get the length you need.

Square weave

This is also a rather complicated method. To make the product neat and beautiful, choose beads of the same size and follow the pattern exactly. The work steps are as follows:

1. Weaving the first cube. 4 beads are strung on a fishing line or thread, they are combined into a square.

2. Pick up three more beads and pass the needle through the third bead - one through from the beginning of the row.

3. String three beads again, but now the needle is in the second bead. In shape, you get a product consisting of two sides of a cube.

4. At the next stage we raise the walls. Pass the thread through the fifth bead, string another bead and pass the needle through the center of one side of the cube.

5. Then you repeat the process - string the bead and pass it through the center, but this time of the second part of the cube. You have a single cube

6. Then work according to a similar principle until the tourniquet is the desired length.

Turkish tourniquet

When weaving a Turkish rope, you can use not only ordinary beads, but also beads and bugles.

Scheme of work:

1. String beads onto a fishing line in this order: 1 glass bead, 3 regular beads.

2. Make an air loop at the end of the thread. Then pull up the first element (3 beads and glass beads) and secure with a loop;

3 . When you tighten the thread, the two elements will be folded in half.

4. Again, pull up three beads and glass beads, tighten. Do this three times.

5. Then rotate the product 180 degrees and you are back to where you started. Pull the hook through the first loop - it will be between the glass beads and the bead.

6. Pull up the glass beads and beads and make a loop.

7. Knit the remaining loops in the same way, and the harness is ready!

Flat harness

Another interesting technique. The flat strand is made very wide - at least twenty beads. Choose the pattern you like and string the beads onto the fishing line in the correct sequence.

The order of steps is the same as when knitting a regular rope using a hook. The only difference is the wide elastic band as the base.

Bugle bead rope

The bugle bead strand looks very original. Beginners should choose small or medium glass beads, but experienced craftswomen can try using long pieces.

Scheme of work:

1. Thread glass beads onto a thread (odd number);

2. Pull the thread tightly;

3. Close the thread into a ring;

4. Pass the end through the glass beads, the first in a row;

5. String one glass bead and pass the thread through the first, third, fifth and then all odd ones. The first row is ready;

Thus, we hope that our material helped you to make sure that weaving a rope of beads is not at all difficult. If you have diligence and desire and just follow simple patterns, you will manage and will be able to make wonderful jewelry for yourself and gifts for loved ones and friends.

There are many jewelry that can be made from beads. Today, tourniquets are especially popular. This is a dense cord of openwork or dense weaving. Its thickness depends on the number of loops in the row: the product is thicker if there are more loops. The number of loops directly depends on the number of beads in the first row of the future decoration. Experts recommend using the required number of beads in the base provided for each type of equipment. Are you going to weave a rope of beads? The diagram is the first thing you need.

Tourniquets. Story

In the old days, strands were woven using several threads, resulting in a flat ribbon. After this, a cord was made by connecting the two edges of the previously obtained tape in length. Another way to create a rope is to weave jewelry with beads strung on it. It was crocheted or tightly wound onto a rope cord, turn to turn, with each adjacent turn sewn through one bead. Over time, knitting a tourniquet began to be carried out on a single thread.

Today there are many options for harnesses:

Spiral;

Square;

Mosaic;

Openwork, etc.

Crocheted bead strands, patterns for which will help you make a real masterpiece, are used as a separate decoration or used in the manufacture of others: ties, chains, pendants, double strands, etc. Also, these products can be used as additional elements in jewelry: headbands , collars, pendants, earrings, etc.

Features of manufacturing harnesses

Most types of strands are woven using a rod. An exception is mosaic weaving. The rod can be a pencil or ballpoint pen of suitable diameter. The rod should not fit very tightly into the internal space of the tourniquet. First, weaving is done without a rod; after the 5th row, knitting is carried out along the rod. Remember that all beads must fit tightly to each other, and the thread should not be visible. You should also monitor the thread tension. It should be uniform. Otherwise, the surface of the decoration will be loose. They often weave a strand of beads using crochet, the patterns for which can be taken not only from ready-made ones, but also to create your own.

The product should be held in the left hand while working. You need to hold it with your index finger and thumb. The thread with beads should be on top of the index finger, slightly pressed with the middle finger. The remaining fingers should press it against the palm, thus tightening it. The rope is knitted clockwise. In this case, the tension will be uniform.

Making a mosaic rope

Weaving a rope of beads using a mosaic method involves casting the first row and closing it into a ring. Experts advise using an odd number of beads. Let's look at weaving a rope using a conditional example.

On a thread of 120-150 cm we collect 7 beads, for example, black, and pass the needle through the first bead. Remember to leave the initial end of the thread for further embedding. Leave approximately 15 cm.

We stretch the thread, we get a ring. This is the first row of weaving.

To make a tourniquet, we assemble the second row. Take a white bead and pass the needle through the third bead of the first row. Then we collect another white bead and pass the needle through the fifth bead of the first row. We collect white beads again and pass the needle through the seventh bead of the first row. There are 10 beads in total. 2 rads have already been woven.

We weave the third row, collecting 4 black beads. Remember that after each bead is placed, the needle should be passed through the protruding beads of the previous row.

Weaving features

Continue weaving. In this case, you need to watch the thread - it needs to be pulled. The string of beads, the pattern of which was taken into account during weaving, should not be too rigid. The bending must be free, so you should first make a sample on which the weaving will be worked out. This way you can easily weave a rope of beads. A master class on this technique will clearly demonstrate an example of making modern jewelry.

After practicing on simple strands, you can move on to multi-colored patterns, creating patterns.

When you have weaved a rope of the required length, you should return to its beginning. The first 5 rows of the product must be unwoven, because in this area the weaving turns out to be loose. After this, the harness is braided with a working thread to the required length, taking into account the removed rows. After weaving is completed, you can begin to embed the thread.

If you want to make a strand of beads, the pattern of which assumes a short length, for example, around the neck, then you should make a clasp. It can be woven, like a harness, or you can purchase ready-made fasteners, which are often sold in hardware departments. If you plan to make a long tourniquet that you will put over your head, then you can connect its ends end-to-end or with a chain.

Characteristics of mosaic strand

1. There is no need to collect beads in advance.

2. Used to make bracelets or beads.

3. The evenness of the surface of the beads is from average.

4. Bends with kinks, flexibility is average.

5. Weaving is done with a needle and thread or beads sequentially in a clockwise direction.

6. Hollow inside.

7. You can easily create a drawing by first drawing a diagram.

Seal thread

Weaving a rope of beads should first require the presence of a thread 15 cm long. This thread must be threaded into a needle and carefully passed along some beads in a spiral of the product. After the thread has passed through 4-5 beads, you should carefully hook the thread between adjacent beads with a needle and make a loop knot. Then you should pass the needle through the next bead in the spiral and again create a loop knot using the nearby thread. This should be done 2 more times.

Afterwards, the needle can be passed through two beads and trimmed, leaving a tip of 5 mm. It should be melted with the back of a match flame. A small ball is thus formed at the end of the thread, which will secure the thread and will not be visible. The second end of the thread should be sealed in the same way. Extension of the thread occurs in the same way. This method is used to finish a string of beads. The master class presented in the article will help everyone quickly understand all the intricacies of weaving this decoration.

Remember: if the beads are light-colored, then under no circumstances should you melt the thread, because a yellow spot will remain. In this case, you should simply make more knots and cut the thread at the root.

Butt connection of harness

If you are going to seal the ends of the bundle end to end, then you do not necessarily need to seal the working thread. It can be used to join ends. The initial section must be sealed using the above method.

To connect, fold both ends of the harness end-to-end on the table. The drawing must match! The needle should be threaded through the protruding beads alternately from one edge to the other. The thread should go through this twice. Afterwards, the needle should be passed through the beads in a spiral, using loop knots, as in the previous embedding method.

Remember that no knots or threads should be visible. Knitting a rope of beads at this stage should be done extremely carefully. The main rule in beadwork is the purity of the product.

Once you have learned how to properly connect a harness end-to-end, you can make a decoration in the form of a chain. It is enough to connect each subsequent link, made using the harness technique, in this way.

Conclusion

A strand of beads, the pattern of which was completely followed during work, can be decorated at the end with balls, pendants, and loops. Or, as an option, braid the product with a chain. A necklace made of two strands of different colors is often used. You can complete your look by making an additional bracelet or earrings using the same pattern. This will give you an elegant set.

Many women have faced the problem of not being able to choose the optimal accessory to match their outfit. Needlewomen always find a way out of the situation, so they offer to weave a cord from beads. This decoration will suit any style and can decorate a formal suit or evening dress. A variety of techniques, patterns and colors will surely find a place in the wardrobe of every fashionista.

A beaded cord can be worn not only as a necklace: the product looks great on the wrist, on a belt and as an addition to a bag.

Required tools and materials

Today, craftswomen are offered a large number of master classes with step-by-step instructions for implementation. Many options are quite simple, and even a child can cope with the task.

Before you start, you need to prepare everything you need. First of all, equip the place: it should be well lit, it is better to cover the table with a white tablecloth. This way the beads do not get lost and are easy to find.

It would be good if you purchased a handicraft organizer. It has many small drawers and cells where it is convenient to place tools and materials.

The main task is to prepare high-quality materials. Remember that by saving on fishing line or beads, you will not end up with a truly elegant product.

Weaving a beaded cord requires the following materials:

  • beads. This is the basis of the decoration, so it is better to choose the Czech-made version. In this case, you are guaranteed to receive even, identical beads that will not break and will lie flat;
  • fishing line In general, thin wire or tape can be used. The main thing is that the monofilament is of high quality and is in harmony with the overall tone of the product;
  • scissors;
  • round nose pliers;
  • Accessories for jewelry;
  • bead needle.

Take materials with reserve. Often beads and needles break, you also need to take a little more fishing line than shown in the diagram, otherwise you will have to unravel the almost completed work.

Choice of colors

As they say, there are no comrades according to taste. And this is absolutely true. It all depends on what you are going to wear the jewelry with. Of course, there are established patterns according to which this accessory is made.

Let's look at the most popular colors and patterns:

  • gold or pearl beads;
  • contrasting combinations. White looks great with any dark rich shade: chocolate, grass, blue, cherry, copper or black;
  • ethnic motives;
  • abstraction and geometry;
  • reptile.

Beading is a creative process, so each master brings his own vision of beauty and grace to the product.

How to read the diagram correctly before starting work

Beginners learn using ready-made patterns, which are available in large numbers on the Internet or in craft stores. Experienced craftsmen already know how to draw up a work plan on their own, drawing a picture on a piece of checkered paper.

The first step to mastering any technique is to learn to read a diagram. Having figured it out, it becomes clear that there is nothing complicated about it.

By selecting the drawing you like, you will open its diagram. There you will definitely come across the following symbols:

  • circumference – shows how many beads are in one row (width of the strand);
  • repeat of colors - rapport - after what number of beads the pattern begins to repeat.
  • draft – how the pattern looks when unfolded;
  • corrected – expected type of product;
  • simulation – what the tourniquet will look like in the final.

The pictures show where the weaving begins and ends and its direction.

Varieties of weaving patterns: master class

Handicraftsmen are offered many options for making original jewelry:

  1. Mosaic cord. Even a schoolchild knows how to knit a mosaic cord from beads, since this technique is often taught in craft lessons. An odd number of beads is collected and the ring is tightened. Then the next row is cast, the fishing line is threaded into each odd bead of the previous row. Weaving occurs according to the following principle - a row using a mosaic technique, a row using a continuous technique.
  2. Openwork. The pattern of weaving a cord of beads using an openwork technique involves casting any number of beads, then using a needle to pick up 2-4 beads. When working, skip the amount that was strung in the first row.

  1. Spiral cord. If you decide to weave a spiral cord from beads, this master class will help you quickly solve the problem. Here you will need beads, seed beads and glass beads.

  1. American technology. It is one of the most common, one of the most popular products -. The beaded cord is often woven with the addition of beads, resulting in a beautiful decoration.

For the simplest option, you will need two colors; the diagram shows the direction of weaving and the sequence of beads. When the rapport is finished, repeat the pattern to the desired length.

  1. We weave. This option is suitable for those who are used to working with crochet. You need to put beads on the thread, alternating colors, then make 2 air loops. Crochet bead cord diagrams show that you need to further cast on loops with beads, then close the required amount into a ring. Usually after six loops with beads. Knit tightly. Next, we rise up with air columns and continue until we get the product of the required length. We also finish with simple loops without beads.

  1. Square weave. This technique is a little more complicated than others, however, according to the experience of the masters, the problem is only in the first cube. Having examined the diagram, it becomes clear how to continue working.

  1. Beaded monochromatic rope. How to weave a rope of beads if only one color is available? Very simple. Choose the equipment you like and work with pleasure.
  2. Schemes for 7-8 beads Harness patterns for 8 beads are often used for working with crochet. The main thing here is to always maintain the same number of beads in the circle and move up to the next row in time.

Once you have mastered the basics, it will become clear that this work is exciting, and at the end you will definitely have a bonus in the form of luxurious jewelry!

The imagination of craftsmen knows no bounds, and often a truly impressive product opens before their eyes.

A beaded necklace on a cord can be complemented by a pendant made of stones or a pendant made using the same technique.

You can complement the set with a beaded bracelet. The cord wraps around the wrist several times and looks expensive and stylish.

A beaded bracelet on a cord can be an excellent gift for a loved one. And a hand-made decoration will have even greater value for the owner!
