5.2. Fasten both hearts with red thread and a needle. Leave some space to fill the inside of the confetti.

6. Fill the heart with confetti.

6.2. Sew the hearts up and tie the knot until the end.

6.3. Carefully slide the skewer through the heart between the seams.

7. Glue the paper feathers to the arrow with PVA glue.

Progress:

1. Cut a 2.5 cm x 28.75 cm strip of white paper and write your message.

3. Measure a piece of chain half the length of the bottle and attach the chain to the string.

4. Cut a piece of wire (1.88 cm), then use the pliers to shape it into a U shape and attach to the free end of the chain.

5. Turn the bottle cap over and press the U-shaped piece of wire all the way in. Secure with a heat gun.
